So recently I uploaded some pics of 2 figures in bikinis, like I've done many times before, and suddenly someone changed them to NSFW ... why are girls in bikini suddenly considered NSWF?! O_O
They are not NSFW at all.

I see many pics around here, with bikini girls, buttock shots whatever, that are rated SFW, so ... where exactly do you cut the line?

Moreover, if a simple picture of these figures is considered NSFW here, why are the figure entries themselves not rated as NSFW? They show the same thing I show on my pics but they are SFW and my photos aren't?

Edit: I thought I'd summarise my thoughts like this:

to be honest, I really was confusing NSFW and R-18 with each other at the beginning of this conversation. to me, NSFW always meant "nude figures, perverted figures" and I thought by giving people the choice to view the site as either SFW or NSFW mfc wanted to protect people from seeing genitalia or suggestive poses if they didn't want to see them.

but now that NSFW is simply everything that could be difficult to look at in public/at work ... how do you protect people who want to look at bikini figures like Menma from Anohana item/98864 or Haruka from Free! item/166705 from seeing Orchid Seeds child pornografic figures item/144282 or rape scenes item/144564? like if I wanna see bikini figures, I just have to deal with seeing genitalia too coz no one wants to implement a R-18 rating?
